Our clients can count on us to be “On Time and On Budget” and we have the team members to make it happen. From our president and estimating department that bid the projects, through our project managers that manage our contracts, to our superintendents and field personnel that produce our projects we stand by our performance and guarantee our craftsmanship. Our construction and maintenance forces are supported by dedicated office and warehouse staff that knows that our clients come first.

Our typical workforce consists of the following team players:
• 5 Project Managers with a combined 150 years’ experience in the construction field
• 14 Project Superintendents
• Our Service Department Manager
• 50+ Journeymen Electricians
• 13 PA Approved Apprentices enrolled in our Apprenticeship and Craft Training Program
For the past 28 years Westmoreland Electric has had the ability to provide sufficient manpower to accommodate peak demands of all projects. We have never had a general contractor supplement our labor on any project and have never had a project NOT complete on time due to a lack of manpower on the part of Westmoreland Electric!
Keith A. Impink - President and WES Manager
As the founder of Westmoreland Electric, Keith brings over 42 years of electrical construction experience to the table, starting in a PA approved apprenticeship program out of high school and then being a project superintendent for a major electrical contractor before starting Westmoreland Electric. Keith oversees the finances of the company and is the Chief Marketing Director. He and his other 5 Project Managers have a “hands on” approach to the day-to-day operations of the company.
Keith is a BICSI certified RCDD, has completed the Green Advantage Environmental commercial program, is the past Chairman of the Western PA chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, has received the “Frank Irey Jr. Member of the Year” award, has served as a Committee Member of the ABC National Electric Council, the Westmoreland County CTC Advisory Board, the Forbes Road CTC Advisory Board and has been a judge several times for the ABC Local and National Craft Competitions. Keith has also served as an advisory board member to the Pittsburgh Steelers Chaplain Kevin Jordan and the “Athletes in Action” program.
Westmoreland Electric Services Ownership
The new ownership of Westmoreland Electric Services includes four long term employees and managers of different aspects of the company along with founder, Keith Impink. They include Phillip Hunt (Purchasing Manager), Brian Owens (Head Estimator), John Roddy (Project Manager) and Chris Schreckengost (Project Manager). All 5 owners are managing partners in the company and devoted to make WES even better than Westmoreland Electric!

Phillip Hunt - Purchasing Manager and WES Manager
Phil has been with Westmoreland Electric since 1999 and has been in the industry for over 20 years. Phil manages the day to day operations of the purchasing staff, negotiates pricing and terms on all purchase orders and procures materials, equipment, and services for all projects.
He evaluates suppliers on the basis of price, quality, service, and reliability and proactively resolves problems that may occur with a supplier or subcontractor. Phil is also actively involved in Western Pennsylvania Chapter of ABC.
Brian Owens – Head of Estimating and WES Manager
Brian has worked for Westmoreland Electric since 2002, starting as an apprentice in our apprenticeship program. He competed as an apprentice in the 2006 ABC National Craft Competition and finished second place overall in the nation.
Brian worked as an electrician and warehouse/prefabrication manager before recently taking the position of head estimator. Brian coordinates the activities of the entire estimating department including design-build work, RFP responses, final bid pricing and proper paperwork and documentation.
Andy Hauger – Service Department Manager
Andy has worked for Westmoreland Electric since 1999, starting as an electrician and then moving into a project superintendent roll. In June of 2010 Westmoreland Electric started a service department and Andy has been promoted to be the manager of that department. Presently Andy is taking it upon himself to spearhead the development of this new division which is devoted to providing quality maintenance services and energy management solutions along with other maintenance type operations.
Matthew Fine – Head of Safety, Education and Training
Matt has worked for Westmoreland Electric since 2000, starting as an Apprenticeship Instructor and estimator. Matt was instrumental in the creation of Westmoreland Electric’s state approved Safety Committee and currently serves as its chairman along with being the company’s Safety Director. Matt recently relinquished his head estimating duties to Brian so that he can concentrate more on safety and apprenticeship training.
As Safety Director, Matt is responsible for overseeing all of our safety operations including periodic jobsite inspections with our superintendents, OSHA regulation compliance, employee safety training, and leads our monthly safety committee meetings. As instructor, Matt handles all of our task training, journey person upgrade training along with our PA State Approved Apprenticeship program.
He competed as an apprentice in the ABC National Craft Competition and finished first place overall in the nation. Matt is also active with the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of ABC’s Apprenticeship Training Trust and serves on the Westmoreland County CTC Advisory Board.
Rickie Lingis – Warehouse & Prefabrication Manager
Rickie has worked for Westmoreland Electric since 2002, starting as an apprentice electrician and then moving into a journeyman electrician position. In spring of 2010 Rickie moved into the warehouse, concentrating on material handling, deliveries and prefabrication for our projects. Recently Rickie got promoted to our fabrication shop and is instrumental in implementing our "Pre-Fab" program which allows us to assemble work in a controlled environment that will eventually be installed on our project sites.
Pamela Overly-Prinkey – Accounting and Accounts Payable
Pam is responsible for all of our accounting functions. She oversees all issues dealing with invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping and payroll. As one of the longest employed people working in the office, there isn’t too much that gets by Pam when it comes to money!
