The Project Superintendents will be on site every day during construction. Our superintendent’s primary duty is to manage the workforce to be able to provide quality workmanship within the time constraints of the project. Our Superintendent will be available to provide insight into any and all challenges that require field engineering to ensure that the owner’s needs and local codes are met. Our project superintendents are trained to be efficient, thorough, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the electrical work that we are contracted to perform. We hold monthly meetings with all of our superintendents to review new products and technologies, the latest in safety, OSHA and National Electrical Code changes, to discuss common problems that we face on our projects and to evaluate our workforce. The superintendent is the main daily project representative for Westmoreland Electric Services at the jobsite.
