California University of PA Student Housing Building F
The final phase of student housing at California University included new construction of the 125,000 sq. ft. Building F. This project, similar to the other student housing building recently built on campus included a 4000 amp electrical distribution system, installing a new outdoor emergency generator, building lighting (normal and emergency), power outlets, data and TV outlets, fire alarm, card access and CCTV security systems and mechanical equipment hookups for each building. The building also included a tenant fit out for the university Health Center Services and other various areas on the ground floor of the housing unit.
